How do I get my printable kit?

Right after checkout, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also emailed to you. Kits are US Letter PDFs that print on any home printer.

Can I print a kit more than once?

Yes. You can print any page as many times as your household needs. Please don't share or resell the files.

What's in a bundle?

Each bundle pairs one of our printable kits with physical tools chosen to go with it. The full list of what's included is on each bundle's page.

Why did my bundle arrive in separate boxes?

The physical items in our bundles come from small makers who ship directly to you. If your order includes items from more than one maker, they'll arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Printable kits never have shipping charges.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship physical items to addresses in the United States.

Can I return my order?

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is free. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Printable kits aren't returnable or refundable, including kits that come in a bundle. See our refund policy for details.

Which ages are the kits for?

Each kit lists its age range. Together they cover children roughly 2 to 12.

Are the kits a substitute for therapy?

No. They're educational resources for parents and caregivers. If you're worried about your child, please talk with your pediatrician or a qualified professional.
