Refund policy

We want you to feel good about every order from The Rooted Parent. Here's how returns work for each kind of product we sell.

Printable kits (digital downloads)

Because digital files can't be given back once they've been downloaded, printable kits are not returnable or refundable. This includes printable kits that come as part of a bundle.

If something goes wrong with your file, we'll make it right. Contact us if:

Your download link doesn't work or you can't access your files
A file won't open or appears damaged
You accidentally bought the same kit twice

Physical items

Physical items, including the items in our bundles, can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions. Once the item is received and checked, we'll refund the price of that item to your original payment method.

When you return items from a bundle, the refund covers the physical items only. The printable kit portion of a bundle is not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
